The Cartell CT-5-1500 Sensor Probe includes a 1500' direct burial cable attached at the factory. The direct burial cable makes conduit unnecessary, allowing for easy installation. The CT-5 uses magnetometer technology to detect movement in the earth's magnetic field caused by moving steel. It will not detect animals, people or blowing objects and is unaffected by wind and weather, making it virtually false-alarm proof
