The Vigitron MaxiiCopper Vi3202 is a high-performance Ethernet and PoE extender designed to upgrade analog PTZ camera installations to IP using existing coaxial cabling, eliminating the need for costly re-cabling. It delivers reliable IP video transmission up to 5,000 feet (1,515 meters) and uses the existing 24VAC or 24VDC power source to provide up to 60W of PoE, making it ideal for powering high-demand IP and PTZ cameras. Intelligent automatic power management detects and adjusts to single or dual powered devices, while Vigitron’s Symmetric Bandwidth (SBW) and Virtual Zero Packet Loss (VZPL) technologies ensure stable, bidirectional data performance for megapixel video. Compact and rugged, the Vi3202 supports Jumbo Frames, operates from -40°C to +75°C, and complies with major IEEE and RFC protocols, making it well suited for long-distance, harsh-environment security deployments.
