Superior Essex offers Screen Twisted Pair (ScTP) shielded Category 5e+ cables in both plenum and riser versions. The cable has guaranteed performance out to 350 MHz and meets all applicable ANSI/TIA-568-C.2 requirements. The cable consists of four balanced 24AWG copper pairs. The core is wrapped with an aluminum foil tape and has a tin coated drain wire. The tape wrapped core is jacketed with the appropriate flexible PVC jacket for plenum or riser applications.
