The MapMaster™ mini is a compact tool designed to detect faults and locate RJ45 network cables. It displays information on an LCD screen, including good terminations, causes of faults, and the locations of cables. The tester includes five mapping remotes to identify cables terminated in wall jacks or patch panels. Equipped with a built-in tone generator with four tone combinations, it helps trace the routing and pinpoint the location of cable ends. It detects shorts, opens, misfires, reversals, and split-pairs. Ideal for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance, it can map up to five locations at a time, identify wiring conditions, and locate network cables, with an auto-off feature to conserve battery life.
