The Telcom Splicing Connectors UY-Gel Filled are designed for quick, reliable terminations without the need for wire stripping. Featuring an insulation displacement contact design, these connectors accept wires of different gauges, providing flexibility in various applications. The gel-filled construction ensures moisture resistance and prevents corrosion, making them ideal for use in environments where durability is essential. These connectors are specifically designed for solid copper conductors and are perfect for butt splicing 2 or 3 wires, even with varying wire gauges. They are particularly useful for pigtail and load coil splice applications. The UB connector allows for tapping onto an existing conductor without service interruption, eliminating the need to cut or open cable pairs. The UY-Gel Filled connectors are suited for 22-26 AWG wire sizes, with a maximum insulation O.D. of .060. Available in a 25-piece retail clamshell package.
