The ezEX-RJ45 (ezEX38 series) pass-through RJ45 connectors provide an innovative solution for network connectivity, packaged in convenient bulk bags of 500 pieces. Designed for cables with an outer diameter of up to 0.290” (7.36mm) and insulation diameters ranging from 0.033” to 0.038” (0.84 – 0.97mm), these unshielded connectors are compatible with both solid and stranded 24-22AWG twisted pair cables. Featuring 50-micron gold plated contacts and a unique Hi-Lo stagger design, these connectors effectively isolate each conductor, ensuring optimal performance. The simple one-piece, pass-through design eliminates the need for bars or liners, making installation quicker and easier. Rated for data and Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications, the ezEX38 connectors are compliant with TAA, TIA, RoHS, UL, and FCC standards, and are protected by multiple U.S. patents (9,543,729 B2; 10,116,082 B2; & 10,573,990 B2), along with foreign patents, ensuring quality and reliability in every connection.
