The patented ezEX48 connectors from Platinum Tools are engineered for high-performance terminations, especially with Cat6A and large Cat6 cables. Featuring an integrated Hi-Lo stagger load bar, these connectors isolate each conductor to enhance performance and allow larger conductors to pass through the front for easy wiring sequence verification. The simple, one-piece pass-through design eliminates the need for bars or liners, making terminations faster and more efficient. Ideal for PoE/PoE+ and data applications, ezEX48 connectors are compatible with solid or stranded 23–22 AWG conductors and support an insulation diameter range of .043”–.048” (1.09–1.22mm), with a max cable outer diameter of .290” (7.36mm). Terminate using the EXO Crimp Frame and EXO-EX Die for a secure, precise connection. Made in the USA and compliant with TIA, TAA, RoHS, UL, and FCC standards.
