One-year basic service contract including one annual major preventive maintenance visit performed during evening or week-end hours, one annual minor preventive maintenance visit performed during evening or week-end hours for 3 phase, 208 Vac 20 KVA, 30 KVA, or 40 KVA UPS including internal battery strings plus one additional battery cabinet, and one year on site "break/fix" warranty service, 24-by-7 basis for UPS power module only for locations within 350 miles of service area. Contact Tripp Lite for current service areas. Excludes replacement batteries. Additional charges apply for additional battery cabinets. PREREQUISITE: Purchase of Tripp Lite start up service at time of UPS suite activation or preventive maintenance service and correction of out of specfication conditions at customer expense prior to activation of warranty renewal.
