And by daisy-chaining two U330-10M-AL cables, you can extend the USB connection even further – up to 20 meters (65.6 feet).Built-In Signal Booster Ensures Top PerformanceJust connect the active cable’s male end to your computer’s USB port and the female end to a USB device cable to extend your total connection beyond USB’s natural five-meter (16.4-foot) limit. The bus-powered signal booster ensures USB 3.2 Gen 1 data transfer speeds up to 5 Gbps with no signal loss. The cable is backward compatible with previous USB generations, so you can use it with legacy equipment.120mA of Power Keeps Your Devices FunctioningThe U330-10M-AL works with standard USB 3.0 cables and supports up to 120mA of power to a connected device. A white LED indicates a successful power connection. For power applications stronger than 120mA, you must connect a compatible DC 5V external power supply (sold separately) with a barrel connector of 3.5 x 1.35 x 10 mm (positive pin, negative sleeve).Premium Construction for Superior PerformanceA rugged aluminum housing maintains the cable’s integrity in heavy-use applications.
