The IR151B or IR152B Patient Station provides for efficient
use of the nursing staff by permitting fast and reliable communication between staff and patient. Calling the nurse is
accomplished by pressing the call button on the end of a 6′ or
10′ long call cord. A non-resettable call is registered if the call
cord is accidentally removed from its jack.
Call-placed assurance and intercom operation are indicated by
solid-state LEDs. The speaker/microphone is sensitive enough
to assure clear conversation, even with weak patients. A reset
button is provided on the durable, flame retardant (UL® 94V0) plastic panel.
