The Q502S Kit features a lightweight work tray that is ready for use immediately out of the carrying case and offers a built-in cooling tray and removable waste bin. This tray has been designed to affix the FC-6+ cleavers or attach the FC-8R with a lanyard. The multifunction tray makes it easy to stay organized while keeping tools at your fingertips. The tray utilizes metal plates that hold fiber holders and cutouts that hold preparation tools. The tray can be operated with straps, on a tripod or right out of the carrying case.
