Product Overview

The Q-Series High Density Rack Mount fiber enclosure system is designed to support high density applications in data centers and building networks. The all steel chassis delivers reliable protection and management of fiber optic cable patching, splicing, and connecting. The enclosure also enables distribution of backbone cabling to active equipment, switching, or cross/interconnect horizontal area. The footprint accommodates up to 72 LC fibers in a 1U RS space, accepting OFP adapter panels, M2 pre-terminated cassettes, and splice cassettes.

Density Options to Meet Every Challenge: Max Fibers per Rack Unit - 768 (24F MPO), 192 (acclAIM), 192 (VSFF/MDC), 96 (SFF/LC)
Straightforward Splicing: High-performance splicing offers easy interfacing between bulk fiber and connectivity. Options include splice cassettes, pigtails, trays, and splice-on connectors. Ideal when splicing is preferred or pre-term isn’t feasible
Connectivity Options: Q-Series HD Fiber Enclosure supports LC, MDC, SC, MPO, and acclAIM for uses from wiring closets to data centers. acclAIM offers cassette-free design with low loss, longer lifecycle, simplified design, and reduced installation labor
Simplified Polarity: Q-Series HD uses universal polarity for correct cassette, pin, and gender every time. With acclAIM connectors, it further simplifies by eliminating pin, gender, and polarity concerns for hassle-free deployment
Rugged Reliability The all-steel construction has been engineered to hold up under the rigors of long-term use, moves, adds, and changes, which ensures that the life cycle can match the flexibility of the connectivity
