Ortronics 6 port high density jack (HDJ) Surface Mount Outlet Box accept 6 jack modules and provides snap-on covers and snap-in label fields. 6.98" x 4.33" x 1.16". Box is supplied with screws and double-sided adhesive tape for mounting onto almost any surface.
