Decora Humidity Sensor and Fan Control, single pole, 1/4 HP Motor, 300W LED/CFL, 600W Incandescent/Halogen, 400VA Magnetic Low Voltage, 400VA Electronic Low Voltage. Can be installed with or without a neutral wire, line and load wires are interchangeable, wallplate sold separately. Can be used to comply with the requirements of 2019 and 2022 California Title 24, Part 6, Indoor Air Quality and Mechanical Ventilation, 2019 and 2022 CALGREEN, Part II, Indoor Air Quality and Exhaust and meets requirements of ASHRAE 62.2 – Ivory CONVENIENT – automatically turns bath or ventilation fan on/off EASY TO INSTALL – slim profile fits in most wallboxes FLEXIBLE – can be installed with or without a neutral wire VERSATILE – adjust settings without tools or the need to remove faceplate and wallplate PRACTICAL – perfect for bathroom, basement, laundry room and spa.
