The A-4030M-AT from Alpha is a 30 Zon Vis Annunciator-Mult-Ul. The Alpha Communications/Cornell A-4000 Audible Visual Nurse Call Annunciator/Control Panel provides for audible and visual call indication without the use of voice intercom communications. A basic nurse-call system may consist of an A-4000 series annunciator/control panel, room call stations, emergency call stations, dome lights, zone lights, control unit and power supply equipment. EMERGENCY calls take precedence over ROUTINE calls. Call signals can be canceled at point of origin only. Indicator LEDs signal the presence of EMERGENCY and/ or ROUTINE calls. The A-4000 series is available in a number of configurations and sizes based on system requirements. All A-4000 series annunciator units shall be made of anodized aluminum and shall provide designation strips. The faceplate shall feature hi-low tone switch, LED power ON indicator and lamp test switch. Depending on the housing provided, the unit shall be flush, surface or desk mounted.
