The 2GIG LTEV1-A-GC3 is a 4G LTE Category 1 cellular radio module designed to provide long-life, reliable Verizon network connectivity for 2GIG GC3 and GC3e security and automation panels, specifically for use with Alarm.com interactive services. Its innovative end-user replaceable cell sled design significantly simplifies installation and future upgrades, reducing the need for professional truck rolls and minimizing system downtime. This module supports both robust data transmission and clear two-way Voice over LTE (VoLTE) communication, enhancing the effectiveness of central station verification and interactive smart home control. Compliant with LTE Category 1 standards for optimized power usage and extended service life, the LTEV1-A-GC3 requires GC3 or GC3e panel firmware version 3.1.3 or newer for operation and is certified for use in the US only. This module effectively replaces the older 2GIG CDMAV-A-GC3 communicator.
