The 2GIG-TILT100-345 is a versatile wireless tilt sensor designed to monitor the status of assets like garage doors, mailboxes, or storm cellar doors. It communicates with the control panel using a 345 MHz frequency, sending a signal when tilted beyond 45 degrees and a restore signal when it returns to a vertical position. As part of the 345S line, this sensor is compatible with the complete 2GIG security ecosystem, including the revolutionary 2GIG EDGE, the all-new GC Touch, and earlier security panels.
A standout feature for installers is the on-off switchable encryption, allowing a single SKU to work for any installation, whether it requires encrypted or non-encrypted operation. This tilt detector enhances reliability with a built-in tamper switch that alerts the panel if the cover is removed and features supervision for low battery status. For long-term, low-maintenance operation, the sensor is powered by a single lithium battery with a life of up to 10 years.
