MAX series single and double gang faceplates for use with flat and angled MAX, hybrid Z-MAX, hybrid UltraMAX or TERA outlets. The multiport plate versions are designed with double or triple wide cutouts to accommodate side stacked single modules as well as double wide MAX fiber or multimedia adapters. Faceplates include designation labels, clear label covers and mounting screws.
