Cleerline™ SSF-QSFP-100GDR1 is a 100G QSFP28 DR1 Single Lambda Optical Transceiver designed for 500-meter optical communication applications. It operates at a 50Gbaud data rate on a 1310nm wavelength and includes an EML driver integrated into the DSP with a cooled EML. This transceiver converts 4x25Gbps NRZ signals into a single 50Gbaud PAM4 signal using a DSP-based gearbox, making it compliant with IEEE 802.3cd and QSFP28 MSA standards. The module supports a maximum power consumption of 4.0W and includes a dual LC optical connector. Built to withstand harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of 0 to 70°C and humidity tolerance up to 85%. It provides a single +3.3V power supply, with power supply pins VccTx and VccRx internally connected. The transceiver features real-time digital diagnostic monitoring and meets RoHS compliance standards. It is ideal for data center interconnects, 100G Ethernet, and enterprise networking applications, providing high-speed, reliable optical communication over single-mode fiber up to 500 meters.
