Kits come with two installed receptacles, ultra-thin stamped steel flange, flush-to-the-floor in-use, and blank covers. Includes a low-voltage keystone holder for up to 4 low-voltage ports. Installs easily into our 5.5" round concrete box (FLBC5500). The cover is powder-coated black.
