The Episode Business Music Microphone/XLR Input Wall Plate is a professional audio solution designed for use in commercial spaces such as restaurants, gyms, and retail environments. It integrates seamlessly with Episode Business Music Solutions, offering built-in microphone processing including DSPEQ, 48V phantom power, compression, gating, and de-esser for signal optimization. The device features a MoIP-enabled transmitter for flexible network audio distribution and is powered via a single CAT5e/6 cable using PoE technology. Its splash-proof acrylic faceplate and patented installation system ensure durability and precise mounting, complemented by an included gloss white or black single-gang faceplate. This wall plate also supports remote monitoring and configuration through OvrC for simplified system management.
This Episode product has a 2-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty includes parts and labor repairs on all components found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal conditions of use. This warranty will not apply to products which have been abused, modified or disassembled. Products to be repaired under this warranty must be returned to Snap One or a designated service center with prior notification and an assigned return authorization number (RA).
