The IRC-SM12V infrared adapter cable is required for IR pass-through over RTI’s Video over IP system (VIP). The mono connector of the IRC-SM12V connects to one of the RTI processor’s IR or MPIO ports and the stereo connector connects to either VIP-UHD-TX (TX) or the VIP-UHD-RX (RX) IR IN port. Allowing for the IR signal to be sent throughout the system to a designated end point.
